No Cash Refunds
Due to the digital nature of Telegram Stars, Premium, and TON top-ups, we do not provide cash or UPI refunds once a transaction is initiated.
Failed Orders
If an order fails to deliver for any reason (e.g., incorrect recipient or gateway error), your payment will be **automatically refunded to your GiFTM wallet balance**.
You can use this wallet balance to re-attempt the order or purchase any other service on our marketplace at any time.
